Kurtis Kooiman founded Silverstar Finance in November of 1998. Kurtis' #1 priority is to empower families through education and strategy planning. He creates the vision and focus at Silverstar. When Kurtis is not at the office he's practicing to be a star golfer at the Sea Cliff Country Club, flying helicopters or drinking great wine with close friends.

Janet French partnered with Kurtis in order to help more people achieve wealth and put a plan into action with the necessary tools and team to reach short and long-term financial goals. Silverstar is the foundation of your Trusted Advisor Team and we will help you solve problems and realize your dreams. Janet enjoys investing in real estate, cooking yummy food for friends and entertaining.

Tammi Cable has been with Silverstar since 2002. She enjoys working with a variety of people to help them manage debt, free up cash flow and invest in real estate. In Tammi's spare time not only is she a workout queen but you can find her at the Walt Disney Concert Hall listening to Mozart Symphonies.

Jason Marton is an old timer at Silverstar. Not only does he support the entire team, but he stays connected with you to answer questions that may arise. Jasons' priority is to make sure you enjoy your World Class experience with us. Jason loves music, which is one of his greatest passions. He has played with several well known bands in the local scene including Natural Afrodisiac and NAFRO.

Dawn Wallace is the youngest mom at Silverstar. Her daughter Kylie is our 'lil superstar. Dawn is the key connection for you between the lender, escrow, and the title companies. She works hard to make sure that your loan proceeds without turbulence. Dawn enjoys walking on the beach and visiting her family in Hemet, where they relax and have fun on their dirt bikes.

Kameren Newberry is Silverstar's youngest superstar. She coordinates all of our events, newsletters, postcards and the fun mail you receive from Silverstar. You will most likely get a call from Kameren from time to time when she is schedules you for consultations or annual reviews. She is our client care expert and she always has a smile waiting for you.

Julie Youssef is Silverstar's newest superstar. She is our Account Executive and relationship builder. Julie is our key connection to finding excellent strategic and referral partners for us to join forces with so that we can have a solid Trusted Advisor Team to refer you to. Julie lives in Laguna Beach and has a huge family of seven.

Stephen Park has been helping his clients achieve their goals for over 10 years. He brings years of experience to Silverstar allowing us to provide more services and value. Stephen enjoys architecture and design, especially in Palm Springs.

Maria Macias-Hoyos' passion lies in educating not only her clients but the community. She enjoys giving workshops on debt and equity mananagement as a tool for reaching finanical goals. Maria has years of experience working for the ABC School District helping children realize the potential they possess.
